Econometrics, 30413
It is a highly demanding 2nd year BEMACS course which is based on techniques of linear regression. The difficulty of the exams is at the US Econ PhD program level. First part of the course is highly theoretical and matrix based. Second part is more applied and it is similar to other undergraduate econometrics courses. Exams include questions on interpreting R codes.
Students are assumed to be highly proficient in probability-statistics and matrix theory. All in all it is a very demanding course.
